The OMC is a secure web application that provides information and service management relating to content media, subscribers, sales, real-time retail configuration, network health and performance. The system provided service management for the query and execution of all operational, retail and service related tasks that adds value, provides visibility into the platform, allows execution of management tasks, is scalable, easy to maintain, and designed with security in mind.

Other services include: Report Generation on transactions, content, subscriber and other service data.  Database Update. Running complex SQL commands to perform regular for subscriber managment, pricing managment, and content retail window management.  System event monitoring for monitoring the health of the systems and respond to problems quickly with email and sms alert features. Log Processing for automated collecting and processing content server usage logs, sub-system health and network usage statistics information.  Access control for keeping track and managing the permissions of business- or operations-users accessing various sub-systems to retrieve data or run commands. The OMC provides a secure web user interface for all users.
